THE CONDUCTOR Benjamin Locke is beginning his forty second year as conductor of the Knox County Symphony. He was educated at Oberlin College, Mary Manse College, and the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he studied extensively with Robert Fountain. Dr. Locke is head of the choral program at Kenyon College.
Young Musicians Competition
The Knox County Symphony’s Young Musicians Competition will be held on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at Brandi Recital Hall (Kenyon) for both college and high school students.
